Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to two partners in the field of commercial property law. Utilise audio dictation to transcribe legal documents accurately. Open and close files efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order. Handle stamp duty land tax calculations and submissions with precision. Act as a liaison between clients, estate agents, and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels. Produce various legal documents, including lease extensions, deeds, and more. Arrange and coordinate searches and document copies from Companies House. Manage and organise partners' diaries effectively. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Commercial Property Legal Secretary, demonstrating a thorough understanding of relevant processes and procedures. Strong process-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional adaptability, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in audio dictation and familiarity with legal terminology. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
