Role Overview: As a Commercial Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to take on a diverse range of commercial work, including commercial property, leases, and buying and selling businesses. You will be responsible for building and managing your own caseload of commercial matters, with minimal supervision, and providing high-quality legal advice to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Providing legal advice and guidance on commercial property transactions, leases, and business acquisitions and disposals. Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and agreements, and negotiating terms on behalf of clients. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and other parties involved in commercial transactions. Utilizing strong IT skills to adapt to in-house systems, including audio-transcription and precedent management software, with training provided. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to commercial matters. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or FCilex with 3 - 5 years' PQE in commercial law. Demonstrated experience in commercial property, leases, and buying and selling businesses is essential. Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt to in-house systems and software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a busy caseload effectively. Why Join?
