The work involves the acquisition of property rights and environmental consents necessary to deliver utility projects, negotiating access and settling agricultural damages and advising our clients on the effect of legal notices in relation to their operations.

Responsible for a portfolio of clients supporting Account Directors in retaining and servicing clients and with prospects.
Will support and develop client and WTW relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit.

Liaise with clients and develop strong relationships, with degree of interaction scoped out between Account Executive and Account Director/Team Leader.
The role is split into two parts of line management and strategic work.

The Group Search Strategist sits within our Search team, you will report directly into the Head of Search strategy and line manage those within your group.
