Working closely with the head of department, as well as other experienced senior fee earners, your workload will consist of a wide variety of market-leading L&R matters, ranging from the purchase and sale of estates, farms, forestry, and other rural land, to providing legal advice on rural developments covering renewables, residential, telecommunications, and quarrying.
Clients will cover estates, farming, and rural businesses, to community bodies, funders, developers, and public sector organisations.
