Due to a strong pipeline of exciting projects, they now require a Building Surveyor to help support the increased workload in their education team focusing on project-based works. As they are a multi-disciplinary consultancy, they also work across the commercial, education and housing sectors, as well as working for both private sector and public clients. Therefore, there would be exposure to a range of other projects also. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite. Effective communication and negotiation abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
