We have a very exciting opportunity for a Senior Land Referencer to come and join our newly formed centralised Land Referencing team in our Infrastructure Services division, assisting in expanding the knowledge and experience we have to meet the increasing needs of our clients.
The Team & Focus of the Role
The team use bespoke tools and systems to deliver land referencing to the highest level to our clients, while maintaining a trusting relationship with landowners.
This is a new opportunity within our Land and Property team.
The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure that all properties within the portfolio comply with UK regulations along with ensuring coordination and administration to support all arrangements required to comply with Health and Safety Acts and Regulations.
This role involves managing documentation, coordinating with various departments, contractors, external agencies and assisting in maintaining compliance standards.
Our exclusive client based in Chorley is looking for an experienced Administrator to support their land development team.
The administrator will play a key role in maintaining project documents, tracking deadlines, communicating with stakeholders and supporting the wider teams strategic goals.
Duties include
Providing day to day admin support including document management, meeting scheduling and travel arrangements.
