Based in our commercial hub in Reading, as Client Services Executive, you will provide invaluable assistance to both our customers and our sales colleagues, allowing them to focus their attention where it is best used building relationships and winning new business. This is very much a customer-facing role, and you will work closely with our customers, sales and client facing teams and build up positive relationships with both prospective and existing clients by preparing business reviews, proposals, and presentations for customer visits. Within the team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the CRM and commercial intelligence such as bid libraries, which are critical to our success as well as providing MI and reporting to guide business decisions. Externally, your knowledge of how we deliver the Northgate experience to customers makes you the natural contact for vehicle enquiries, customer questions and, occasionally, complaints too. The focus of the service is on independent living skills as well as social inclusion, education and employment engagement. People who come to Rosebank House have normally come from a hospital environment or have been sectioned under the Mental Health Act (1983). Our care focuses on empowering people to take control of their lives. Rosebank House is specifically designed with facilities to fully prepare patients for independence in the community. A fully equipped Activities of Daily Living kitchen plus communal spaces such as TV lounge, dining room, art room and quiet areas. The site is fully wheelchair accessible and there is a garden and outdoor areas. There is free onsite parking for staff and visitors.
