As a Assistant Registrar Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of our students, ensuring a seamless transition from application to enrolment. The Assistant Registrar Officer will be responsible for processing and leading registry systems. You will work closely and collaborate the Registrar managing student records, registration, fees and funding, data returns. Ensuring all information, data cleansing and timetabling is delivered in a professional manner. Responsibilities of the Assistant Registrar: Timetabling: Manage the delivery and documentation of all timetable data. Manage Timetabling and Room Booking functions for all academic classes. Support the development of individualised student timetables. Data Quality, Data Returns: Work with registry data capture, collection/monitoring and recording, to ensure that required standards of data quality are achieved. Run reports from databases and extract relevant data. Analyse and interpret data and/or information, using predetermined procedures and processes. Ensure student data is recorded and maintained accurately on the Student Record system. Registry: Manage and develop the delivery of student registry systems and processes relating to the student life cycle. This would include funding, scholarships, registration, fee's, bursaries and student records management. Liaise with external partners and providers to ensure suitable and innovative solutions for student, courses, and academic administration. Provide advice, guidance and administrative support for student lifecycle functions. Experience of the Assistant Registrar: Experience of working within the Higher Education or Further Education sector. Data inputting and of interrogating databases. Experience of providing advice on complex rules, procedures and regulations. Exposure with drafting policies, procedures, reports and guidance documents. Excellent multi-tasking skills, written and verbal communication skills, building relationships, project management skills. Bonus points: Experience of compiling a Student HESA/HESES returns.
