Responsibilities: Oversee the day to day running of a fast paced kitchen Supervise and lead the Catering team Assist the Management team in stock inventory management and order supplies Oversee and manage all recipes and prepared food dishes are correct and maintained to the highest quality of standards at all times Supervise the overall cleanliness of the kitchen Requirements: Previous experience as Head Chef is desirable, as is a passion and drive to inspire others around them and the kitchen team Excellent knowledge of kitchen processes and in-depth understanding of all of the aspects within a commercial kitchen Good working knowledge and understanding of computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Food hygiene and Health and Safety qualifications required Commercial awareness Excellent customer service skills Strong leadership and team management skills Benefits: Working an average of 40 hours per week Salary is dependent on your experience 21 days Bank Holidays Additional Leave with length of service Company pension Cycle to work scheme Death in service benefit (following completion of probation) Discounted/free food Wellness programme If you are interested, please email Mandy Potton: or call Mandy Potton for a confidential discussion on .
