Adhere to BS EN 1090 standards. Ensure all Health & Safety, Risk Assessments, quality policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the design process. Required Skills & Experience: Degree in Engineering or a relevant subject. High level of attention to detail. (Not essential) Experience within the Automotive or FMCG sectors. Contribute to executing 'special wishes' requests, including supplier liaison and implementation. Provide weekly status reports on BoM and Spec Readiness for build, tracking against the latest build plan and addressing risks. Coordinate materials requests for client finishes submission. Implement spec-related changes and aftersales requests into the operations environment. Our Ideal Specifications Coordinator: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field (2:1 or above), or equivalent experience. Previous experience building unique vehicles with unique requirements, translating them into buildable designs. Strong planning and coordination skills, proficient in Microsoft toolkit. Preferred experience in creating and managing Bills of Materials (BoMs). Beneficial knowledge of vehicle assembly processes and small volume manufacturing techniques. Familiarity with trim, final processes, and experience in Colour Materials and Finishes advantageous.
