To undertake basic food preparation duties, including breakfast production, preparing vegetables, fruit, salad, and cold buffets
To ensure that all food served is of a high quality and standard, mindful of portion control, meal content and correct temperatures.
Job Role/Responsibilities
To assist in the preparation of food, servicing of meals with agreed methods and portion control, assist in stock taking including checking delivery and storage of stock and general catering duties.
Liaising with our clients H&H team where required.
Supporting the Operations Team in ensuring we are compliant with all safe & legal documentation on H&H and H&S and is continually reviewed and updated.
