About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing essential support to a child with complex needs, ensuring they receive the attention and assistance they require to thrive academically and socially.
As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant in our Year 2 class, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and facilitating the learning and development of our young learners.
You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and interactive lessons, providing targeted support to individual students as needed.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
Develop and implement individualised strategies to manage behaviour and support emotional regulation.
