Your Company: A growing automotive business is searching the market for a Sales Executive located in the Salisbury area. With substantial history and success behind them, this business is constantly growing and building their teams. The position holder will join a dynamic and bustling sales team, delivering excellent customer service and meeting and exceeding business targets for sales. The focus of this role will be to provide fantastic service to potential customers, closing sales and ensuring the business is delivering on expectations. Your Roles and Responsibilities: Providing and following up on sales prospects to meet set out KPIs and sales targets. Ensuring that all vehicles meet expectations, that all repairs and maintenance is conducted, and inspections are completed before the vehicle is delivered to the customer. Providing reporting on performance against targets, comparing ratios on a weekly and monthly basis. Conducting transactions within the agreed terms and business practices. Undertaking continuous improvement activities on previous transactions and customer interactions to determine areas for improvement to ensure the team is providing the best customer care possible. Proactively dealing with customer queries within the first 24 hours after the issue is raised, ensuring good communication and a suitable resolution is achieved. Issuing invoices, statements, and other forms of communication to customers, making sure these are in a clear and easily understandable format. Reporting variances to the agreed trading programs on a daily or weekly basis. Ensuring that all external purchases are requested correctly through the set-out routes and that documentation is provided. What you will need to Apply: The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstratable previous experience working within a sales role, ideally from within the automotive industry. It is of paramount importance that applicants are able to display exquisite communication skills, particularly in spoken form, but also via written means as well and applicants should have a confident demeanour. Excellent organisational skills and a proactive and diligent work ethic is also needed to be successful in this role, as well as demonstrating strong customer service abilities, ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of priorities and that all processes are working smoothly to complete transactions. What you will get in Return: For the successful candidate a comprehensive remuneration package, valuing up to £45,000 is on offer, inclusive of OTEs and commission.
