We're looking for an Account Manager for our client who have recently been named the Best Large Digital Agency at the Northern Digital Awards. As an Account Manager, you'll get to work on projects ranging from Ecommerce sites and apps through to digital transformation programs and marketing for multi-national organisations. If you take a client first, conversion-focussed approach, understanding that effective digital marketing needs great software, and vice versa, then please keep reading. Can you? Support the account management of our broad range of clients, from start-up to PLC, across varying sectors? Specify and communicate technical web development and digital marketing requirements, both written and verbally? Does this sound like you? Has at least 2 years agency experience in managing client relationships for website development and digital marketing projects. An understanding of proactive service delivery to ensure that all retained clients enjoy proactive support from an agency. A demonstrable track record of growing client budgets across multiple digital channels. The ability to write proposals and quotations for varying project types, from basic website design to large digital marketing projects. A collaborative work ethic ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed where necessary. An ability to contribute to comprehensive management information and work to KPI's and contribute to the efficiency of our business. A passion for processes, able to influence continual service improvement. Ability to read Google Analytics data And ideally: Have experience in supporting clients undertaking web development projects.
