Your new company My client are a leading global brand activation partner, working with some of the world's best-known brands to deliver marketing campaigns from print services to high-profile concept stores, through production, procurement and delivery - all through a strong lens of sustainability. Due to company expansion and the growth of their global marketing team, we are recruiting the full-time job of Senior Content Writer to join the global team based in their UK offices in Basingstoke, 2 days a week. Your new role Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you will be responsible for the curation and creation of compelling written content, capturing and distilling the thoughts, expertise and strengths of the business into focused stories and narratives fit for publication and distribution across a range of owned, earned and paid media channels. You will create content for the website, social media, events, media publications and awards entries - crafting stories that showcase the brand and its capabilities, particularly the strong sense of sustainability at its core. You will also help to create compelling customer-focussed responses for proposal-related documents, and work closely with internal insights and sales enablement colleagues to curate and deliver global consistency of messaging in both marketing and sales enablement content, collating and utilising client and market-based research and analysis to develop insight-driven content. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience of writing and editing both long and short form content for B2B audiences in a range of different formats, demonstrating a journalistic approach to content creation for news, blogs, thought leadership, opinion, website content, social, email, editorial features and commercial bids. You will possess the ability to research and generate ideas for content, find and tell stories from within the business to drive brand presence. You will be a highly effective and authentic communicator and listener with the ability to comfortably engage with senior stakeholders including C suite, relevant influencers and editors / publishers, ensuring content quality and compliance through diligent content proofing, editing and optimisation, working with digital specialists for SEO and other channel performance. What you'll get in return You will earn a salary of between £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including 23-25 days' holiday Bank Holidays, pension scheme, life assurance, and access to high street discounts.
