Carpenter needed for a Maintenance Company undertaking planned/response repairs on local authority properties.
Responsibilities
Ability to isolate & remove existing domestic kitchens, strip tiles and patch plaster, widen doorway into brick or stud walls, fit door linings, hang or rehang doors.
Fit a level access shower tray in concrete or timber floor including ability to 'noggin' between joists to suit tray size.

This role reports into the Workshop Foreman and is to assemble and fit various processing machinery as specified via mechanical design in accordance with good engineering and manufacturing practices.
This would be across our range of new, used and hire machinery.
