Supporting participants overcome barriers to employment by engaging with them, setting up and reviewing SMART action plans for participants, and finding them sustainable employment.

Working closely with individuals who have graduated from a School's Supported Internship Programme, Job Coaches provide 'hands on' workplace support to early career employees (aged 19-25) and their employers.
There may be an opportunity to increase your hours as we expand the programme.
You can expect to work approximately 12 to 16 hours a week.
