The ideal candidate will have experience within in similar role in an SME organisation and will be within commutable distance of Chiddingford. Responsibilities: Preparing/checking VAT returns Preparation of trial balance for yearend accounts for Accountants Weekly/Monthly payroll and pensions HMRC payments Update Customer contracts on CRM with Costs including labour and materials Record all incoming invoices and expenses using Xero accounting software, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Process banking transactions and reconcile bank statements regularly within Xero Reconcile credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
The Role: We're thrilled to partner with a premium brand dealership that is currently on the lookout for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team in Grayshott. The ideal candidate would bring prior experience within the automotive industry, however our client will consider candidates from a parts supplier background! Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor: Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their parts inquiries, orders, and purchases both in person and over the phone. Identifying and sourcing the correct parts for customers' vehicles based on their needs and specifications. Maintaining accurate records of parts inventory, including tracking stock levels, ordering new parts, and ensuring efficient stock rotation. Providing accurate pricing and quotes for parts and accessories, including any discounts or promotions available. Offering technical advice and support to customers and colleagues regarding parts compatibility, installation, and troubleshooting. Ensuring all paperwork, such as invoices, purchase orders, and warranty claims, is completed accurately and filed appropriately. Working closely with other departments within the dealership, such as service and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding parts availability and requirements. Adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines, such as health and safety standards and manufacturer requirements, when handling and distributing parts. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional parts, accessories, or services to customers based on their needs and preferences. Package: Basic Salary: £27,000 £6,000 OTE!!! Hours: Monday - Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] (1-in-3) Saturdays!!
