Successful candidates are likely to be qualified Solicitors or Barristers with upwards of 5 years' experience in prosecuting criminal cases.
A track record of advocacy in the Magistrates Court, and a solid understanding of court procedure, particularly the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Rules, is essential.
