As the Junior IT Support Analyst, your role will be thefrontline of the IT support desk and will be required to take the information of incidents either by phone, email or face to face and log this via the ServiceNow portal for escalation.
Junior IT Support Analyst / IT Graduate required on an initial 2 month contract based in the Royal Borough of Kingston.
This role would suit a recent IT graduate or someone with up to 6 months IT Support experience with great customer service skills.
