A fantastic newly-created opportunity has arisen for a results driven Sales Team Leader to lead a growing team of sales advisors in a well-respected organisation in modern offices west of Reading. The ideal candidate will be proactive, will lead by example and be able to motivate the team to exceed all centre sales targets and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a busy, varied and exciting role with excellent earning potential. The successful candidate will primarily be overseeing the Junior Sales (Telemarketing Team) whilst working closely with the Sales Manager for guidance and support.
