Attending to Clerks' Emails: Assist with managing incoming emails, prioritizing urgent matters. Billing: Process billing requests accurately and in a timely manner. You should also be able to multitask, work under pressure, and handle confidential information. You should have at least one year of experience as a receptionist or a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software. A qualification in business administration or a related field is desirable but not essential.
