Here at Stonewater, we are now looking for a Customer Complaints Officer to join our Customer Relations Team, which delivers our customer complaints service.
As our Customer Complaints Officer, you will work with customers, colleagues and contractors to respond to complaints.
This request is for 2 additional temporary Senior Legal Officer (SLO) posts, at Grade 6, to create additional resilience and support the delivery of legal support for our Adult Social Care and Education departments.
Full Time Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 (6am-2pm once a week)
Role Purpose
To work as part of a team providing additional outreach capacity in order to work collaboratively with new or entrenched rough sleepers in Coventry.
To provide support through outreach and street intervention working with support services and agencies to improve pathways for individuals who are street homeless to access suitable accommodation and services.
