Junior Business Analyst Up to £36,000 12 Month Fixed Term Contract As a Junior Business Analyst you will be an integral part of the team managing the IT project pipeline. This fixed-term role focuses on supporting robust IT processes that align with business engagements. You will work on defining, reviewing, and improving processes while adhering to key business audit requirements. Additionally, you will help define and deliver projects, gather requirements, plan implementations, and ensure adherence to IT Service Management processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance on processes to the IT Delivery Lead and wider infrastructure and data teams. Support planning activities with team leaders and managers to ensure timely and seamless IT project delivery with minimal risk and impact on live operations. Develop IT project and process standards. Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify solutions, and plan implementations. Ensure validity of procurement to avoid duplication and ensure business requirements are met. Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Demonstrable experience in Project Delivery and/or Business Analysis. Ability to organise and plan work independently and in support of other teams. Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation. Experience working in an ITIL environment, ideally with an ITIL Foundation qualification Understanding of stakeholder management principles. Creative problem-solver with the ability to drive change to completion and overcome obstacles. Excellent documentation skills. Experience with a wide range of IT systems and processes.
