You will play a crucial role in supporting their team and ensuring the smooth operation of their office. Your responsibilities will include: Document Production: Prepare accurate, timely and professionally presented documents. Assist with drafting correspondence, contracts and reports. Updating and managing spreadsheets. Client Communication: Handle telephone communication with clients, accurately recording messages and providing assistance where possible.
