Responsibilities include
Manage Documents: Keep all company documents organised and up-to-date.
Provide directed advice, information, and guidance in relation to Compass House and the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner, open and close reception, receive visitors, manage enquiries and bookings through a clear booking process, and maintaining all public facing areas to high standard.
Lead on the day to day running of Compass House by undertaking receptionist functions including, being the first point of contact for enquiries, by telephone or otherwise, from members of the public, partner agencies, internal staff including the Kent Police Public Enquiry Officers at.
Main purpose of the role
Operational Support, Provide effective and efficient administrative support to enable the smooth running of both Compass House and the Commissioning Team within the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner.
Provide a consultative/supervisory service to a staff team operating within a multi-agency environment to provide professional expertise, skills and advice to enable a safe, effective and high quality service to disabled children and young people that meets agreed existing and new policies and practices.
Manage a complex caseload of disabled children and young people aged 0-25 to assess, plan, monitor and review the support/personal assistance needs of service users, working in a person-centred way to ensure that resources are utilised effectively to safeguard and promote the welfare of disabled children and young people.
The post holder should be working in line with the Social Care Capability Framework.
