What the day will look like As an Investment Consultant you will lead smaller client relationships and act as a support consultant for medium to large clients, overseeing the day-to-day deliverables and junior support team. You will deliver advice predominantly to defined benefit pension schemes but also endowments, charities, and other institutional clients. Given the breadth of capability at Aon, you will be supported by a team of dedicated client-facing colleagues as well as expertise from our many specialist teams such as risk & modelling, investment manager research, asset allocation and more. This programme is built around 3 core elements: Business learning on the job learning and experiences giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of the team and solution line you have joined Centralised learning - UK apprentices complete in an Aon Induction, monthly webinars, business skills training and workshops; all designed to help you develop your knowledge of Aon, build your confidence and your network across our business Professional Qualifications we want you to be as successful as possible, so we'll fully support your study towards your Level 4 Investment Consultant Apprentice Programme.
