Our client is hiring Level 4 qualified Pensions and Investment Complaint Handlers to support a review project. You will be examining how different pension and investment products were sold, checking whether correct and appropriate procedures were followed. On top of being Level 4 qualified, you must also have knowledge of pension and investment products such as SIPPs, OEICs, ISAs, Non-ISAs, and bonds, and have good experience in handling complaints relating to product advice and suitability. Location: Remote Rate: £250 per day (inside IR35) Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day Role:- Review and access how Pension and Investment products were advised and sold to customers. Act as an SME and provide knowledge and advice about different product to your team Review case handling and complaint handling procedures. Work with pension products, primarily SIPP wrappers containing underlying funds, in both accumulation and decumulation phases. Work with investment products such as OEICs, both ISA and non-ISA, and Onshore and Offshore Bonds. Review complaints related to Venture Capital products like VCTs and EIS schemes and DB pension transfer advice. Conduct case reviews, assess various provider responses, and progress cases through an agreed process flow. Review and support team members with understanding of customer journey and products Review data and evidence gathered within the scope of customer complaints to assess eligibility. Liaise with relevant third parties via phone when required. Adhere to processes, procedures, and regulatory guidelines such as FCA and COMP rules. Generate required response letters. Work within a claims management workflow system. Ensure a focus on data protection. Essential Experience:- Experience in reviewing complaints within the Pensions and Investment field is a MUST. Experience as a case handler Must have a level 4 qualification within Pensions and Investments Ability to work within demanding deadlines (workflow & time management). Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets. Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness.
