Help set the 2 year growth strategy via both organic growth and new business Devising and implementing new business initiatives and sales strategies and monitoring their effectiveness Responsible for upholding the professional image of the organisation at all times Monitor market trends, competitor products and customer need to identify new SMART business objectives. Present quarterly market sector growth strategies Support sharing best practice across the sales team Maintaining a professional attitude Covering the whole UK Present the companies products and services at conferences and events Qualifications & education required Minimum 3 years' sales experience at senior level Essential skills & aptitude required Excellent team player both in terms of leading and being part of a team. Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to nurture sale team members to maximise their current accounts. Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the market. Flair for creativity, new ideas and solutions. Ability to interact effectively and influence all levels of internal and external personnel. Practice Manager £30-40K Chesterfield Office based Are you an experienced Wealth Management professional who is looking for an opportunity to step up into a management position? They have a need for an experienced Wealth Management individual to come into the business as a Practice Manager and offer stability and guidance to the Administration and Paraplanning team, as well as supporting in other areas. There would be 9 staff under your guidance, however the Financials Advisers do not require hands on management and therefore time is spent more regularly with the Administrators and Paraplanners. Expectations would be to provide support with management of workloads, training, compliance and setting / reviewing KPIs.
