Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring efficient stock management. Warehouse Supervisor UK The Warehouse Supervisor will assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the Warehouse team. Working under the supervision of the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, this role will support the operational team in executing the fulfilment and shipping of customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, assist in managing the production schedule, receiving vendor shipments, assisting with the material requirements planning (MRP) of stock, assist in the management of product inventory exercises. Responsibilities: Monitors the workflow and prioritization of customer orders. Monitors and maintain the assigning of product items following the company policy of FIFO. Ensures and monitors that the Warehouse team are following the processes and using the WMS application; this includes the use of mobile device scan guns and the stock management application. Ensures and monitors that all inventory transactions are conducted in accordance with the company's inventory control procedure. Ensure all shipments are completed according to work orders, including quantities, delivery methods, and final destinations. Maintains warehouse database, prepares routine shipping reports, and properly files shipping records. Assists in providing planning updates for the production process and schedule. Oversees quality control measures, supervises the warehouse team, and ensures products are produced on time and are completed by established deadlines. Monitors the production of the goods and the effectiveness of services, ensuring accurate amount is produced at the right quality and cost. Generates daily shipment overview summary reports and product inventory reports. Reports any issues or recommended areas of improvement to the site senior management team. Assists in the planning and supervision of cycle counts in accordance with company policy. Assists in team training, timescales for production, scheduling and process creation when needed. Provides guidance and feedback to staff, escalating performance issues to site senior management as needed. Manage the Storage of overstock inventory items safely and securely in the warehouses and ensure the cleanliness of the facility check off list daily. Experience: Previous experience working within a Warehouse/Production/Operations environment required, preferably two years or more supervisory/team lead experience. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word. Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV desirable. Previous experience with the use of a WMS program. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, Must be able to use discretion and independent judgement. Must be able to work in a team environment.
