The role will be working with communities to co-produce community-based support with teenagers so they can benefit from our weight management and behaviour change programmes, whilst embedding practice within communities.
The post-holder will lead, innovate and implement changes to support participants and ensure they experience a quality service, with their individual needs met.
Location: The post will be based at Hounslow and EACH Ealing (Head Office) and will be required to work from any of EACH's locations based on the needs of the service.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,450 (including Outer London Weighting) for Full Time Equivalent (37.5hrs).
