Your Roles and Responsibilities: Proactively answering inbound calls. Making outbound calls based on warm leads from prospective customers who have enquired about the services of the business. Working with potential students to provide them with an understanding what courses they'd be best suited for, providing information on the package they will receive and then enrolling new students on the course that has been chosen. Recruiting, training and managing the successful sales team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance against these, while highlighting areas for improvement and acting upon this. Developing a successful sales strategy which will exceed revenue targets. Conducting extensive market analysis for market trends and customer requirements in order to keep the business competitive and allowing the information to inform key sales decisions. Preparing sales reports and delivering these to senior management when it is required on team performance and company performance against targets. What you will need to Apply: The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience, working in a comparable role, leading a team of sales professionals, ideally within a commercial contact centre and be knowledgeable of working within a regulated environment as well. To be considered, applicants will need to have demonstratable experience developing sales strategies that have been successfully and will need to show their ability to conduct extensive market trend research. Of course, exquisite communication abilities are paramount for this role, as well as good stakeholder management and the ability to communicate with various internal teams.
