The successful Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for taking inbound calls, managing enquiries and supporting existing accounts to upsell and resolve any issues they may have. Due to rapid growth within the business my client is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join their vehicle technology company based in Watford. The role of the Inside Sales Executive will be to build strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues so having great interpersonal skills is essential. The Inside Sales Manager will also be dealing with customers on a daily basis so you must be able to provide an exceptional level of customer service in order to retain the customer. In addition, the Inside Sales Executive will be representing my client at trade exhibitions and events so keeping up to date with market knowledge and new technologies is a must!
