We are searching for a driven individual with excellent communication skills to join a multi-disciplined outsourced agency provider as aSales Executive, based in Harrogate. £26,000 per annum 24 days holiday Bank Holidays Excellent Benefits Package (Discounted Gym, 2 paid charity/volunteering days more) Hybrid working available (3days in the office) THE ROLE The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business on behalf of one of our client's automotive customers, by providing qualified leads and arranging appointments for their field sales team. Your key responsibilities will include: Conductinga minimum of 80 outbound calls per day to prospective customers, building an understanding of their requirements to identify opportunities for growth. Processing Business & Retail customer enquiries via inbound calls and live chat. Securing opportunities by making a minimum of 10 appointments per week for our client's field-based partners. Achieving daily, weekly and monthly team and individual targets. Recording all customer information and activity on the CRM system (Salesforce). Providing ad-hoc support for the wider business centre during peak times when required. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in a sales or telephone-based role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. An enthusiastic and self-motivated mindset. Organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to follow process. Key responsibilities include: Providing essential supportto our client's Business Sales teams. Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email. Booking demonstration vehicles on behalf of client, fleet sales and leasing teams. Setting up and onboarding new fleet customer accounts on internal systems and providing a welcome call following online sign up. Working towards targets and KPIs in line with department service level agreements.
