Job Title: Internal Sales Executive Contract: Permanent Hours: Full Time: Mon-Fri 37.5 hours Location: Redditch Salary: £28,000 per annum Benefits: 25 days plus bank holidays, parking available, pension scheme An exciting opportunity awaits as our client is looking for a driven individual to join their dynamic team as an Internal Sales Executive in Redditch, Worcestershire. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll infuse the role with your enthusiasm, drive, confidence, and dedication to Sales and Customer Service. This pivotal role will serve as a cornerstone in propelling our client's ongoing success, requiring professionalism, exemplary customer care, and unwavering confidence in the brand. Duties include: Engage with both prospective and existing clients to effectively manage our customer base. Handle incoming inquiries and sales leads efficiently, including proactive cold-calling efforts. Initiate outbound calls to nurture relationships with existing customers, promoting sales and marketing initiatives to increase account spending. Maintain a welcoming and customer-centric sales environment to foster positive environment. Advocate for and sell 5 Year Service Agreements. Coordinate face-to-face appointments for the Sales Team to meet with clients. Maintain our company's CRM system, ensuring accuracy and currency of all information. Log all sales leads, enquiries, and sales activities in the CRM. Promptly address inbound enquiries related to orders and products. Collaborate with supplier Sales and Distribution Teams to accurately cost equipment based on specifications and designs. Create customised proposals and contracts for customers utilising InDesign. Follow up on proposals and quotes with clients and Sales Team. Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on specification changes, pricing, regulations, industry trends, and health and safety standards, sharing relevant information with colleagues. Generate Sales reports, including necessary analytics, as needed. Coordinate with the Engineering Team and other team members to find solutions for prospective clients. Achieve set targets and KPIs established by the Managing Director. Attain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. Generate analyses and key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction. Adhere to company protocols to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Skills and experience required: Sales experience. Excellent written and verbal skills. Excellent IT and organisational skills. Ability to read product illustrations & speci?cations. Self-motivated and a team player. Customer focussed, driven and enthusiastic. Analytical and forward thinking. Experience in InDesign and adobe (Desirable).
