We are currently working with an established local company who are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Officer to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis., you will play a crucial role in ensuring clear and consistent communication across the organisation.
Your primary responsibilities will include crafting and amending engaging copy for various internal communication channels, as well as supporting employee engagement initiatives.
This role is home-based, and we are seeking someone who thrives in an independent work environment and is capable of taking ownership of their responsibilities with minimal supervision.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's internal communications strategy and ensuring the effective communication of information to all levels of the organisation.
You will be required to create and edit internal communications materials, including email announcements and intranet articles overseeing the management and design of the intranet.
