A FTSE250 media company is looking for an Internal Communications Manager on a permanent basis paying £50,000 - £60,000 with a June or July start. The successful candidate will partner with the executive leadership team and work across all business divisions and brands to unify employees and bring the culture to life. Collaborating with teams across the business including HR, Technology, Property, Finance, Senior, Leadership and more, the Internal Communications Manager is responsible for leading on internal communication strategy, writing communications plans and materials and confidently delivering these to the 700 strong global workforce. In particular, you'll work closely with the People team to communicate key People initiatives such as the new vision and values. You'll act as an advisor to teams in the business and empower them to think differently about how they engage with employees.
