Company: 2 Partner Independent Accountancy Practice
About my client: My client is a well-established, two-partner firm with around 12 employees, located in a charming area of Paddington, London.
The firm, led by 2 impressive Partners, is a modern, client-focused practice that provides business advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses across a wide range of industries, including high-class restaurants, financial services, and companies involved in offshore activities.
Following an in-depth meeting with the Audit Partner yesterday, surrounding succession planning, I am eager to speak to ideally ACA qualified candidates who are eligible for RI status or who already are acting as a Responsible Individual.
I am actively recruiting an Audit and Accounts Director Designate for a long-established firm based in Central London, with over 40 employees.
With current Partners in the business winding down, and eager to retire in 2025, this is an urgent position as ideally there will be time for the incoming Director to be able to have handover time with the exiting Partners.
