Reporting to the Head of Marketing as our As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing on our marketing strategy. Your day-to-day will include a mixture of marketing management (we already have a team of 5) and execution. You have a strong grasp of marketing funnels and how to make them work for a business. You have a analytical mindset and love to get stuck in and make a difference. What you'll be doing: In this role, you will closely with the Head of Marketing to understand and execute Uniadmissions marketing plans and strategies. Your responsibilities will include: Take overall responsibility for lead generation for UniAdmissions. Managing the existing marketing team, including managing tasks and providing effective feedback, to ensure we are aligned across all channels whilst maximising performance. Providing mentoring to the marketing team. Monitor, report on and analyse the performance of marketing and provide recommendations for improvement. Manage the execution of marketing projects. Supporting the team on execution for their channels as needed. Work with the Sales Manager to align marketing efforts with sales. The Skills & Experience You'll Need: A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience. Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEO, SEM. Strong understanding of GoogleAnalytics for performance analysis. Strong knowledge of Wordpress. You are tech-savvy and able to pick up new software quickly. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and communication skills. Familiarity with digital and web design principles to create visually appealing content.Strong knowledge of using ActiveCampaign or similar ESP. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. What's in it for you? Job Specifics: Contract: Full Time, Permanent Compensation: £28,000 - £45,000 per year (OTE) based on experience Location: Five days from your home office. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2. Whilst previous sales experience is not needed, we do look for individuals who will thrive in a target-driven role. Come rain or shine, you will meet with our prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services. We offer in-depth training when you first join, enabling you to have quality conversations with customers from the get-go and setting you up for success. Our hours range between 16 to 30 hours a week for part-time opportunities and 37.5 hours a week for full-time. Work hours are between 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm once you are in the field. Training: During your first 3 weeks, you must be available to attend your assigned office between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday with a mix of self-led learning and an in-office induction with your manager for your detailed learning journey. (Please note part-time employees must be able to commit to this for the first 3 weeks of their employment before reverting to your agreed working hours).
