My client, an International Payments Solutions firm, is looking for a CRM Manaer to join their team! They're looking for CRM talents to help build inspiring shopping experiences that showcase company's offering to drive customer engagement and frequency. Job Description Build and oversee the CRM strategy & calendar of communications across web, email, push and any future channels include SMS and Paid. Manage and optimise the performance of the strategy across email, push and any future channels including but not limited to SMS and Paid. Collaborate with the international marketing team that manages CRM channels including email and push notifications, ensuring that we are building and delivering content that converts active customers. Ensure we have strong owned channel campaign, implementation, and production processes Ensure the team is constantly optimising and evolving to improve campaigns Manage the CRM budget and payment processes while ensuring accuracy in invoicing procedures. Ensure all communications across CRM have been reviewed and approved by Compliance and legal teams (where applicable) and ensure the team and following approved processes. Manage the delivery of large industry trade owned channel campaigns like holidays/Christmas, End of Season Sale and Black Friday. Partner with the product team to brief, prioritise and analyse initiatives across CRM that will drive growth objectives of increasing traffic and frequency. Support the wider marketing team and business with campaigns by being a trusted advisor in the campaign initiation stage and managing the team who will execute the campaign creative across owned channels. Analyse CRM performance to enhance performance of data-led content strategy and experiment on the best ways to drive traffic, engagement and conversion Build cross-functional relationships to ensure consumer trends, insights, path to purchase, and behaviours are integrated into decision making. Skills Innovative and creative thinking and ability elevate growth strategies Deep understanding UK consumers and ability to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation across the customer journey. Experience in an engagement marketing function in a B2C digital business. Experience in leading cross-functional CRM projects independently Excellent analytical skills and proven track record of turning data into actionable insights for improving engagement and retention KPIs Organized and critical thinker and the ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and ability to collaborate and build relationships.. A passion for making marketing communications as relevant to customers as possible, 5 years of experience with CRM Strategy and execution.
