Key Responsibilities
Liquidity Management: Oversee fund liquidity, ensuring alignment with treasury operations and sufficient cash availability for investor transactions.
The successful Financial Controller working closely with our Accounts Assistant and other departments to ensure the accuracy of our financial results, compliance with statutory requirements, and providing key financial insights to the management team.
Manage external relationships with banks, auditors, HMRC, and other stakeholders.
Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee all financial operations, including month-end processes, reconciliation, and the production of management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, aged debtors, sales territory, etc.).
