Our Global Benefits Management (GBM) business has a particular focus around the coordination of insured benefits, and also has the breadth to consider other Benefits and Total Reward aspects as demanded by our clients. As a Senior Consultant in our GBM delivery team, you will play a key part in this growth story, taking a lead role in delivering across multiple focus areas and geographies to some of our biggest multinational clients. Track record of success in managing client relationships and leading teams. Fluent in English language (proficiency in other languages is a bonus). Ability to work both on their own and with client teams, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic locations. Understanding of the nuances of working across borders, with different cultures and with multinational organizations. The ability to deal positively with change and comfort working in a global environment. Experience in guiding, influencing and bringing people together. Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple project priorities. Ability to travel internationally as required. Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in global compensation/benefits approaches and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches.
