Key Responsibilities: Support the E-commerce Manager in managing and optimising the client's e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and driving conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and affiliate programmes. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies in the beauty industry, providing insights and recommendations for business growth. Assist in monitoring web analytics data and generating reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless and timely order processing, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Stay updated with industry best practises and keep abreast of technological advancements and advancements in e-commerce, proposing innovative ideas to enhance online presence. Requirements: Proven experience in managing and optimising e-commerce platforms, preferably in the beauty industry or a similar sector. Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools. Strong knowledge of D2C sales strategies and digital marketing techniques, including social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and affiliate programmes. Proficient in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track website performance and identify areas for improvement. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset, able to gather and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.A proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
