The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting lawyers and partners in every aspect of their case.
Daily duties will include, instructing counsel and medical experts, taking statements, assisting evidence, reviewing medical records as well as attending conferences.
As the ideal candidate, you will be a Paralegal having gained experience in areas such as reviewing and amending employment contracts and consultancy contracts, reviewing HR policies and staff handbooks, advising on HR matters including performance management, absence management, disciplinary processes, grievance processes and procedures, equality act matters and anti-compete issues.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your understanding of liability issues in motor and EL/PL claims.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in large loss and complex injury work including assisting on both catastrophic cases and large loss cases valued from £100k to £5M.
