Development Executive Location: Coventry Salary: Up to £20,000-£35,000 (Depending on experience) The Company: We are working with a national independent insurance broker who are looking for a passionate Commercial Insurance professional who either has experience in/ or wants to become a development executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a broker that pride themselves on the supportive working environment they provide to their staff. The Role: This is a great opportunity to develop your career by getting passed down clients by the existing executives and grow your own book of business. You will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio aswell as seeking out new business via marketing, outreach and cross selling Flexibility to work from home aswell as make the role your own. Great opportunities to earn commission through referrals to other parts of the business. You will gather information on the client in order to find best premium in line with insurance requirements, providing an excellent service at all times.
