As a Technical Claims Handler, you will proactively manage a caseload of technically complex and/or high value (multi track) claims.
You will also provide technical support and guidance to less experienced claims handlers and be available to offer training and act as a referral point.
This will also include litigated claims, within the Haven Delegated Authority Agreement, referral process and reinsurance treaty requirements.
Support the technical manager of the casualty team.

This highly successful technology focused corporate is seeking a quality focused QA Manual Test Analyst with experience of QA & testing within the Insurance industry.
Initially 3 - 4 days per week working in the office.
Once settled, the role will become effectively remote, only going in for team meetings or training, circa once or twice a quarter.
