The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality components from customer drawings, utilizing their expertise in surface grinding and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate surface grinding equipment to produce components according to customer specifications and quality standards. Interpret and work from customer drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all produced components. Utilize own initiative to optimize processes and enhance efficiency in component production. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of projects. Adhere to health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge in precision engineering techniques. Requirements: Previous experience in surface grinding is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work with precision and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail. Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
