What We're Looking For: ACS Gas qualification to carry out gas work safely and effectively. Full driving License Relevant gas engineering experience considered useful, with an understanding of LPG and installation/maintenance of bulk LPG tanks and cylinders desirable but not essential as we provide you the training you need, which includes preparation to support the 24/7 emergency response service, which is an essential part of the job. Exceptional communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues, providing top-notch service. Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards, including Health and Safety awareness. Ability to follow procedures and instructions. What You'll Do: Demonstrate your expertise in gas installations, repairs, and maintenance, adhering to the highest safety standards. Conduct thorough inspections and servicing of our bulk tanks and assets, identifying and resolving any potential issues to ensure optimum performance. Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and answering their queries with confidence and professionalism. Additionally, this role involves participating in a standby rota to respond to gas emergencies beyond regular working hours, highlighting the need for your flexible, positive, and adaptable approach. Service Engineer Position Overview To successfully undertake the servicing and repair of tanker discharge systems. Control of Service Contracts vehicle stock and returns. Responsible for developing customer relationships and ready to exploit business opportunities where applicable. Responsible for your own health and safety.
