Based from the site in Preston, the purpose of the role is to visit customer sites as part of a small team, install, service and maintain various types of doors.
All doors can be either mechanical or electrically operated.

Role Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Building Services Engineer (Electrical) to join a Local Authority's Resources Directorate within the Property and Asset Management Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management, inspection, and monitoring of our mechanical building services and equipment, under the direction of the M&E Maintenance and Compliance Manager.
Additionally, this role involves designing and managing both minor and major contracts, delivering our Planned Maintenance Programme, and overseeing contracts and service level agreements for property services provision.
