Account Manager needed in Walsall. I'm currently working with a truly market leading company who focus on the supply of immediate structure solutions across the UK. This company have been running for over 100 years, have a £15m turnover, and continue to grow at an impressive rate. We're looking for a motivated Account Manager with a successful track record within internal sales and customer service to join this growing team. This role will be based 5 days per week in the Walsall office. Please note this is an office-based role Monday to Friday. Salary: £30,867 base salary uncapped monthly commission quarterly bonus (£8k OTE). Location: Walsall Duration: Permanent Benefits: Low staff turnover business. Job responsibilities: Growing an existing customer portfolio whilst managing and converting inbound enquiries. Discussing products and services with clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely customised proposals. Responding quickly to customer questions. Ensuring seamless customer service and a high level of customer satisfaction. Working closely with other departments in the business. Management of sales activity in a CRM system. Keeping up to date with company developments and product releases. Prepare and send quotations, following up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
